I provide a one year guarantee on workmanship. If something you buy here breaks within the first year, I will repair it under the following guidelines:

• Return the piece to me. I must have at least 80% of the materials to repair free of charge. If you are not able to recover at least 80%, there will be a charge for supplemental materials.
  
• I will attempt to create a duplicate of the the original. I will pay the shipping charge for the repaired item.
  
• If I can no longer obtain the materials required to duplicate the piece, you have two options:

1. I will craft a similar item from the returned materials in addition to other components that are in keeping with the spirit of the original piece.
2. I will give you store credit for the amount of the purchase price of the original piece minus a prorated charge depending on the percentage of materials returned.

Some of my designs use bright silver plated beads and findings. Because these are indeed made with silver, they will tarnish over time. They will be shipped in a plastic bag with an anti-tarnish strip. To maintain the sparkle of the bright silver, please return the item to this bag when it is not being worn.
